Lots of pictures about luxury apartment buildings falling apart... made mention of the NSW government's change of law reducing warranty period from seven years to two because of the shoddy work. I'll paraphrase it by calling it investment apartment effluence.

The video stated that investors had treaded water but not lost money on the case example... I'd say they would have lost out (in general). My hunks of metal have outperformed the specufestor class in the same period.

Dr Ando is f*cking painful to watch and talks the same sh*t month after month after bloody month. If he put on a fake mo he'd look and sound like one of the Dodgy brothers without the charisma.

It wasn't uber bearish and IMO a little too bullish. To the typical beerslab property investor they may learn something but to be honest for most on this forum you already know most or all of what was presented.

Unfortunately the video is boring.

APBs voice is a bit on the boring side - very monotone.

Benny Hill music and You're useless Wilson clips help, but this should be shortened to ten minutes tops.
