Ms clown certainly likes them. I suppose the artistic qualities of the cut stones make them more valuable especially if they have names (or provenance) . As investment though I think a lot of research would be required to not get stiffed. I am beguiled by the jewels themselves. ^_^ I may be descended from pirates/convicts but lordy I like them diamonds. They are also easily transportable come the revolution. Safe deposit box with passport, pistol and some worthy gems. ;)
