Ever since the Oz started erecting a paywall I've been one site short in my daily intelligence gathering routine. I came across this site "theconversation"

A couple of articles have been cited this week on this forum and articles have been verbatim on the drum and businessspectator. It's a edu site. It may be part of the "increased dialogue between science and the community" touted as a solution to the current issues of mistrust. Dunno. Anyway it seems to comprise academics writing on subjects of interest. Long may it reign. I don't mind hearing a boffin view or five. It is for now on my favourites list.

Nifty!

Never seen or heard of it before but it definitely looks like a keeper.

Not to mention their interesting approach to mortgage restructuring -

You need to be looking in the sociology "sealed" section. Try searching for "Popular culture and it's effects on collective Intelligence Quotients - A study of the banality of modern existence"

Me neither although it's been around since March.

I saw the article. It is simple idea. We could maintain the current high housing prices and avoid massive wealth destruction and the resultant consequences. The banks wouldn't be happy of course.
