Alternately his son turns N Korea into the new S Korea. That would be a black swan for the bears.

Glad to see the back of him. I hope the new guy is an improvement. He'd struggle to be worse.

He might fire a few artllery rounds into South Korea again to show his generals that he is made of the right stuff!

He might dress up in a chicken suit and rush the DMZ single handed wielding a cucumber (given the history of North Korean leaders). Here's hoping he's more Gorbachev than Andropov.

I'm going to work on the assumption that progress requires electricity. The wires, virtually all of them, were stolen and sold for food a decade ago!
NK is fascinating reading, partly because it illustrates how much we take for granted.
