    i fast forwarded to the end. he basically says investors shouldnt be allowed to buy pre builds in competition with new home buyers, and be restricted to new builds , thus increasing supply, not price.

    i am commenting on the neo nazi rebirth in Greece, and the target being foreigners, foreign people with jobs. and the fact that all over Europe, foreigners with jobs aint going to be looked at too warmly. so that emigration is not the easy road to wealth. some may think.

    Probably for many people in Greece emigrating will be the only option rather then civil war. that would be easy as there are no barriers for people and workers movement within EU.
